Align & Process — movie correction, CTF, QC
Align drift-corrects movie files with a choice of external packages and maintains microscope statistics; Process handles per-image quality control largely inherited from the cryo-EM workflow.
Align
- Align w/ MotionCor2 / RELION-3 / Unblur / Zorro — drift-correct an MRCS movie, producing a corrected movie and a corrected average.
- Align MRCS w/ RELION-3 — the MRCS-specific RELION-3 variant.
- Update Microscope Statistic Images — running average of all images recorded in the session.
Process
- CTFFIND4.1 / Gctf — measure the image CTF.
- Denoise micrograph — apply Warp's denoising filter.
- Measure Iciness — measure the ice quality of the recorded image.
- Evaluate flags — set quality/status flags for the image.
- Push Status data — push collected images and data to the status folder.
- Clean SCRATCH disk after Processing — empty the FASTDISK/SCRATCH disks to reclaim space.
